Winding Back the Clock
I don’t necessarily want to make it a habit of lamenting space constraints for some of the stories I write. It comes with the territory and it’s part of the craft.
That said, even though this profile is on the long side of its established format, there were still some amazing parts of my conversation with entrepreneur and philanthropist Osman Kibar that I just couldn’t quite fit in. For instance, he gave me a two-minute summary of every major technological revolution—and the economy associated with it—from the agricultural era through the coming life economy he anticipates. It wowed me.
I love how my work lets me talk to very smart people, getting incrementally smarter myself in the process.
